Doom 3 comm sound effect

This is a step by step tutorial to make your voice sound like this in the video.

AUDACITY REQUIRED w ALL ADD-ONS!]

• Open up audacity and record your voice
  
  
• open up the delay option in the effect library
  
  
• In the delay option set it up to be like this:
  DECAY AMOUNT: 10
  DELAY TIME: 0.009
  NUMBER OF ECHOES: 30
  
  
• Do this process again
  
• then you go to the FFT FILTER and drag the bar high up, and put half of it between 100 and 500.
  
• repeat that step
  
  
• THEN open up the high pass filter and put in 20 for the amount.
  
  Now your voice should sound like the video above.
