A little machinima on the side

Hi there this is Max from Diamond Productions. I'm starting a machinima series soon but I also want to make a little machinima on the side that would be quick and easy to make. It wouldnt be more than 10 mins each in the series and would have alot of humour in it. The basic premise of it is a man who shares the stories of his life and the strange people he met in his time with the audience. It would make for funny and interesting tales and would be alot of fun to make. I do think it could be developed abit more though so any help on this pretty basic idea would be appreciated.
